Hotel (mandatory)

For the required 6 night stay (Sun.-Fri. nights): $1,380 Canadian Dollars (CAD) per room with 1-2 people ($1,500 CAD for 3 people, $1,620 CAD for 4 people), plus taxes/fees.* 

  • *As of Feb. 2025, taxes/fees were at 11% (2% TIF + 4% ATL + 5% GST). 
  • Price includes the $90 CAD facility fees.
  • If placing 3-4 people in a room they are shared beds. Only a limited number of rooms can accommodate 3-4 people. 
  • Wi-Fi access is included.
  • In addition, everyone must also reserve the four day (Tues.-Fri.) lunch plan at $135 CAD per person (price expected to increase in 2025). 
  • Contact the Banff Centre for costs related to reserving rooms on dates before or after the conference.

Meals

Breakfast (optional): $27.81 CAD* per person, per day for the optional Banff Centre Breakfast Meal Plan.

Lunch (mandatory): $33.43 CAD* per person, per day for the Tuesday-Friday Banff Centre Lunch Plan which must be reserved with your hotel room booking. Lunch on Monday is included with your tour fees.

Dinner (optional): $44.38 CAD* per person, per day for the optional Banff Centre Dinner Meal Plan.

* Prices are expected to increase in 2025 and all meals are subject to an 18% service charge and 5% GST.

  • Travel to and from Banff, Canada; Calgary International Airport (YYC) is the closest international airport to Banff, YYC Airport Ground Transportation
