$170 USD per student (delegate / head delegate)

Faculty / Guest Fee

$170 USD per faculty advisor / guest

Students may not register as faculty

Hotel (mandatory)

$645.00 CAD per person, plus taxes and fees*, based on a 6 night stay (Sunday-Friday nights) and double occupancy (two people in each room). Triple and quadruple accommodations are available for an additional fee of $20 CAD (plus taxes and fees) per person, per night. There's also a $15 CAD (plus taxes and fees) per room, per night facility fee.

*As of June 2024, taxes and fees were at 2% TIF, 4% ATL, and 5% GST.

Meals

Breakfast (optional): $24.75 CAD* per person, per day for the optional Banff Centre Breakfast Meal Plan.

Lunch (mandatory): $29.75 CAD* per person, per day for the Tuesday-Friday Banff Centre Lunch Plan which must be reserved with your hotel room booking. Lunch on Monday is included with your tour fees.

Dinner (optional): $39.50 CAD* per person, per day for the optional Banff Centre Dinner Meal Plan.

* Prices are expected to increase in 2025 and all meals are subject to an 18% service charge and 5% GST.
