Delegate Fee

$170 USD per student (delegate / head delegate)

Faculty / Guest Fee

 $170 USD per faculty advisor / guest

Students may not register as faculty

Hotel (mandatory)

$645.00 CAD per person, plus taxes and fees*, based on a 6 night stay (Sunday-Friday nights) and double occupancy (two people in each room). This price includes a $60.00 Canadian Dollars facility fee.

*As of June 2024, taxes and fees were at 2% TIF, 4% ATL, and 5% GST.

Meals

Breakfast: on your own

Lunch (mandatory): $135.00 CAD per person, plus an 18% service charge and a 5% GST (price expected to be higher in 2025). A Tuesday-Friday lunch plan must be reserved with your hotel rooms. Monday lunch is included with your Tour Fees.
