NMUN•Rome Hotel Information

Reservations should be made directly with the hotel using the Rome Hotel Reservation Form. You must use this form to get our discount rate. A 500 euro deposit, applied to your total due, is required to reserve your rooms. Book early! Reservations are first-come, first-served.

Pay attention to the deadlines below, once they pass you may be required to pay the regular rate, find your own accommodations, or no longer be eligible for a refund.

Deadlines:
15 July, estimated number of hotel rooms needed.
1 September, last day to cancel rooms and get a refund of the 500 euro deposit.
1 November, remaining balance due and last day to cancel rooms and get a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit (500 euro deposit is nonrefundable after 1 September).

The hotel is a four star hotel in the historical city center near the Rome Termini Train Station.

NMUN Hotel Discount Rate: (available 21-30 November 2014)

1 person - about $110 USD (78 euros) per room, per night
2 people - approximately $135 USD (96 euros) per room, per night
3 people, very limited number of rooms - around 200 USD (144 euros) per room, per night

Rate includes:
All taxes except the Rome city tax of 6 euros per person, per night (paid to the hotel)
